The St. Louis area Naval Academy Alumni Association serves and
supports the United States, the Naval Service, the Naval Academy and
its alumni: by furthering the highest standards at the Naval
Academy; by seeking out, informing, encouraging and assisting
outstanding, qualified young men and women to pursue careers as
officers through the Naval Academy; and by initiating and sponsoring
activities which perpetuate the history, traditions, memories and
growth of the Naval Academy and bind alumni together in support of the
highest ideals of command, citizenship and government.

Chapter of the US Naval Academy Alumni Association. Membership is open
to all USNA alumni, along with all current and former commissioned
military officers living in Greater St. Louis. Annual dues are $20, and
go towards funding chapter events. Contact the chapter treasurer

on the Naval

Summer PicnicSummer Picnic: it will be
Saturday July 27. It will be held at the North Shelter with food on the
Grill to start serving at 11:15. Business meeting to follow. Think
about what dish you want to bring. How: Please RSVP

Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony
Some more details on the upcoming Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony. Ceremony starts at 1000, Saturday 25 May, 2024 at section 82, small flag circle, Jefferson Barracks National cemetery.
Wreaths are to be laid at 2 mass pow graves from WW II; "Hell Ships" with 100 US, British, Australian and Dutch military from all services; and 119 US military from all services in the "Palawan Massacre" site; wreath laid at grave of former Viet Nam unknown soldier Michael Blasse and at WWII Medal of Honor recipient Bruce Van Voorhis.
The guest speaker will be Commander Mathew Howell the Executive Officer for the Naval Recruit Training Center. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Chapter Member Mike Dunham at mikedunham1948@sbcglobal.net .

Memorial Day Please mark your calendars and attend our annual
Memorial Day Remembrance. We have coordinated with the staff at
Jefferson Barracks and will have our gathering at the Lower Flag Circle
to honor those that have gone before us. On the map, the Lower Flag
Circle is surrounded by areas 70, 81, 82, 84, 85, 86 & 87. Date: 27 May 2023, Saturday

next to Hollywood Casino in Maryland Heights. #20 seeded Navy takes on
#13 seeded Pitt at 10:15am on Thursday, March 10. We do not have assigned seats, etc. Hope to see you there!!!

BPV assures us that our game (including post-game) will NOT be disrupted for other TV events.
We can decorate the facility per their guidelines (banners, flags, sheet posters, etc.).
Reservations are highly suggested for better pricing, choice seating, etc.
Chapter dues of $20 will be collected when you register at the event, which then makes you eligible for door prizes.
Gametime is 1400 CT. BPV opens at 11 a.m. if anybody wants to arrive early. BPV will have the TVs tuned appropriately for pre-game coverage. The St. Louis alumni chapters of West Point and Annapolis (along with friends, family, local parents� clubs, and honored guests) will meet at Fox Sports Midwest Live (this is the main floor / area) at Ballpark Village for a joint watch party.
Again, table reservations are recommended. Elizabeth from BPV will also reach out to everyone who made a reservation last year. $20/person food and drink minimum for those who have reservations. 50% off drinks if you have a table reservation. $20 buckets for the general public or those without table reservations. 3-hour validation for parking in the lot or garage on BPV property. $20 chapter dues can be paid at this event. Squares game $5 per square. Alumni giveaways.

WOW... it's been a year + since we've had a solid plan / opportunity to gather as an Alumni Group. WAY OVER DUE! If you remember 2019, we had a picnic... well, we've secured the North Pavillion @ Shaw Park and are postured to hold our "annual" event again on 7/10/21.

The 121st Army-Navy game will be held at 1400 CT on Saturday, Dec 12, 2020. BPV opens at 11 a.m. if anybody wants to arrive early. BPV will have the TVs tuned appropriately for pre-game coverage. The only special we were able to get is $3 domestic draft beers during the game. Food & other drinks will be at menu pricing. Event parking will be validated for the first 3 hours and then approx. $2 / hour after that.

Please join our Chapter and other Service Academy alumni, fellow Veterans, families and guests on Saturday, 5/26/18 @ 10 a.m. @ the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery Lower Flag Circle for our annual Memorial Day Remembrance.

- This "Meet & Greet" was a big success on 2/24/18 (Saturday) @ a new restaurant called the Brew Hub Tap Room (near Forest Park) ... special thanks to John Hueseman for contacting the proprietor and making the arrangements!

The City of Ellisville has
scheduled a FREE concert by the Navy Band Great Lakes
at the Bluebird Park concert area during Navy Week while the Blue
Angels are in town. It is scheduled to take place on
Saturday, May 14, from 7:00 PM - 9:00PM. If you have any
questions, please contact Ellisville Parks and Recreation during the
work day by phone at 636-227-7508.
There is a Microbrewery about one mile
north of the event in the Clarkson / Clayton Dierbergs plaza for anyone
who wants to gather and share sea stories after the concert.
